吉林省水稻种子冬季燃煤干燥塔干燥的效果初探

摘要: 为降低吉林省水稻种子水分含量,提高种子质量,以圆形燃煤干燥塔为例,对冬季水稻种子进行干燥试验。结果表明,吉林省冬季外界气温不低于-21℃时可以进行干燥,入料的稻种初始水分在17.5%以下,塔内温度应设定在28℃,最高不超过31℃,当拨粮叉转数不低于200转时,可一次性降水成型,且发芽率符合种子生产的国家质量标准。对干燥的取样水稻种子10 d后进行水分测定,会出现降水现象,平均降水0.6%。

Abstract: To reduce the moisture content and improve the quality of rice seeds, the authors use circular coal drying tower for drying rice seeds in winter. Drying can be carried out when the temperature outside is not lower than -21℃. The moisture content of initial rice seeds should below 17.5%, the temperature sets at 28℃ and the maximum should not exceed 31℃. It would be succeed by one-time when the fork speed is not less than 200 rpm and the budding rate is comply with national quality standards for seed production. Ten days later, the moisture content of the remaining samples have been reduced by 0.6%.
